In 2021 and 2024 I took part in Joanna Hunter’s MMDE, this invaluable book includes my story.

Joanna has this incredible way of guiding you through big ideas without ever making it feel too heavy. She writes like your best friend who’s real, kind, and completely on your side. You find yourself nodding along, feeling seen, and actually enjoying the process of expanding your mindset instead of feeling like you’re doing homework. It’s effortless to read because she makes the metaphysical feel human, warm, and doable.
