Follow the rhythm of the moon.
Explore your intuition, your inner world and the person you are becoming. Set intentions that actually belong to you, release what you’re ready to stop carrying and reconnect with the wild, wise parts of yourself that life has buried beneath responsibility.
All held within a warm, understanding village where real life is allowed to be messy.
No pressure to perform. No perfect spiritual routine required. No expectation to keep up.
Just a place to return to, exactly as you are.
£12 a month. Cancel whenever you need to.
YOU HAVE SPENT LONG ENOUGH FINDING SPACE FOR EVERYBODY ELSE
You’ve spent years caring, advocating, researching, remembering, organising, co-regulating and trying to hold the whole bloody thing together.
Perhaps you’ve fought systems that didn’t listen. Perhaps you’ve spent so much time understanding everybody else’s needs that yours disappeared somewhere underneath them. Perhaps you’ve reached a point where you can’t remember who you were before you became the person everybody relies upon.
And although you deeply love the people you care for, there is still a whole person inside you who deserves attention too.
Not because you need fixing.
Not because you should become more productive, positive or spiritually polished.
Simply because you are still here.
WilderKin is where you begin making room for that person again.
A DIFFERENT KIND OF SPIRITUAL SPACE
WilderKin isn’t about performing spirituality properly.
There are no complicated rules, no pressure to meditate every morning and absolutely no requirement to pretend that everything happens for a reason.
This is grounded spirituality for real, complicated lives.
It’s for the days when you have time to light the candle, write three pages in your journal and sit beneath the moon. It is also for the days when your ritual consists of hiding in the kitchen with a cup of coffee while somebody asks you where the thing is that is directly in front of them.
Both count.
Inside WilderKin, we use lunar cycles, reflection, ritual, symbolism, intuition and honest conversation as ways of finding our way back to ourselves. You are invited to explore what speaks to you, leave what doesn’t and create a spiritual practice that fits your life rather than becoming another thing you’re failing to do.
There is no perfect way to be here.
THE WILDERKIN RHYTHM
PLANT THE SEED
At the New Moon, we pause and listen.
What is beginning to stir? What do you want more of? What intention belongs to you beneath all the things you think you should want?
Through New Moon Magic, gentle rituals and reflection prompts, you’ll be invited to plant intentions that feel honest, possible and alive.
Midweek ☕️
Two relaxed Wild Gatherings each month One in the morning and one in the evening, giving you different opportunities to come along and connect.
Cameras are always optional. Bring tea, coffee or wine 😉 and we’ll make space for whoever’s day, family life or general bloody everything needs talking through.
The Full Moon 🌝
Space to recognise what is surfacing and consider what you may be ready to release.
These reflections are grounded in real life. We aren’t trying to banish every uncomfortable feeling or manifest our way out of being human. We are learning to notice what is ours, what isn’t and what we want to carry into the next chapter.
Some gatherings will have a spiritual focus. Others will simply be an opportunity to put the kettle on and see some friendly faces.
Come live when it works for you. Miss it completely when life is lifing.
Nobody is taking attendance 😉
A LIVING VILLAGE, BEYOND THE ALGORITHMS
WilderKin has its own private membership area and mobile app because not everybody wants to live on Facebook — and frankly, who can blame them?
Everything is gathered together in one calmer, more intentional space, so you can find the latest Moon Musings, rituals, gathering details, replays, conversations and resources without battling crappy algorithms or wading through the rest of social media.
WilderKin is still a young and growing village. As more people arrive, settle in and begin using the membership, I’ll continue adding new reflections, resources, gatherings and spaces shaped by what members genuinely need.
I don’t want to fill it with endless rooms and content just to make it look busy. We’re beginning with a simple, warm heart and allowing the quieter corners of the village to grow naturally as the community does.
There is also a private Facebook Common Room for those who enjoy using it, but it is completely optional. You can access the heart of your membership without Facebook ever deciding what you should or shouldn’t see.
No algorithm deciding what matters. No pressure to be permanently online. Just a growing village, waiting whenever you’re ready to return.
A SIMPLE SPACE TO FIND YOUR WAY AROUND
WilderKin has been intentionally simplified so it feels like somewhere you can exhale, rather than another enormous community to navigate.
✨THE STARS
The spiritual heart of WilderKin.
This is where you’ll find New Moon Magic, Full Moon reflections, Moon Musings, lunar prompts and our deeper soulful explorations.
☕️THE HEARTH
One warm, central gathering place for conversations, support, sharing and connection.
You can join in every day, occasionally or never post at all. There is no expectation to be visible in order to belong.
🔥THE FIRE PIT
The home of our live gatherings, event details and replays, so you can easily find what is happening without searching through endless posts.
🌳THE PATH
A growing collection of resources, recommendations and deeper explorations that you can return to whenever you need them.
There are a few quieter corners in the wider village too, particularly around parenting and neurodivergent family life. They’re available when they’re useful, but you won’t be sent racing around them or expected to keep up with multiple conversations.
The heart of WilderKin is deliberately simple: spiritual reflection, meaningful connection and somewhere safe to return to.
COME FOR THE REFLECTION. STAY FOR THE BELONGING.
WilderKin has grown from my work with neurodivergent people, parents and carers, and it understands the realities many generic spiritual spaces leave at the door.
Burnout is real here.
Disability is real here.
School distress, family pressure, sensory needs, caring responsibilities and fighting systems are all real here.
Nobody will suggest that you simply need a better morning routine or that difficult things happened because you weren’t thinking positively enough. Frankly, we haven’t got time for that nonsense.
But WilderKin is also somewhere we get to remember that we are more than the difficult things we have survived and the roles we perform for everybody else.
We are curious, creative, spiritual, funny, complicated and still becoming.
The village isn’t here to demand more from you. It is here to sit beside you while you find your way back to those parts of yourself.
You can talk. You can listen. You can join every gathering or quietly read from beneath a blanket at three in the morning.
You still belong.
WILDERKIN MAY BE FOR YOU IF…
You are longing for more meaning, reflection or connection in your life, but traditional spiritual spaces have never quite felt like they were built for you.
You’ve spent years caring for, advocating for or trying to understand other people and you’re ready to become curious about yourself again.
You are neurodivergent, identify with neurodivergent experiences or live within a neurodivergent family and want a space where that understanding is already present.
You feel drawn to the moon, nature, ritual, intuition or personal exploration, even if you don’t yet know what any of it means for you.
You want community without pressure, spiritual exploration without rigid rules and support that doesn’t turn you into somebody’s project.
Most of all, you want somewhere you don’t have to make yourself smaller, quieter, tidier or easier to understand before you’re allowed through the door.
MEET LIZZ
Hey, I’m Lizz.
I’m a late-diagnosed ADHD woman, likely autistic, mum to neurodivergent children, home educator, full-time carer, accredited Neurodivergent Parent Coach, Art Therapist, Life Coach and YoungMinds Ambassador.
I know what it is to spend years feeling too much, being too much and attempting to squeeze myself into places that were never shaped for me.
I also know what happens when we stop asking, “How do I become more acceptable?” and begin asking, “Who was I before the world taught me to abandon myself?”
My work has always been about believing people, questioning systems and creating spaces where we can tell the truth about our lives. WilderKin grew from that work, but it also grew from my own need for something deeper.
I wanted a spiritual space that understood neurodivergence, parenting, disability, burnout, family life and the fact that personal growth rarely happens in a beautifully curated room while everybody leaves you alone.
I wanted magic with muddy boots.
Reflection with swearing.
Rituals we can adapt, forget about, return to and make our own.
Most of all, I wanted somewhere we could stop performing who we were expected to be and begin remembering who we actually are.
So I created WilderKin.
Not as a place where I stand above everybody with all the answers, but as a village where I can hold the lantern while we explore together.

QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT BE SITTING WITH
DO I NEED TO KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE MOON OR SPIRITUALITY?
Not at all. You can arrive with years of spiritual practice, a vague fascination with the moon or absolutely no idea what you believe.
WilderKin is about exploration, not expertise.
IS WILDERKIN RELIGIOUS?
No. There is no religion, doctrine or required belief system inside WilderKin.
We may explore lunar cycles, nature, ritual, symbolism, intuition and different spiritual ideas, but you are always encouraged to decide what holds meaning for you.
WHAT IF I CAN’T COME TO THE LIVE GATHERINGS?
That’s completely fine. Join live when you can, use the replays when available or simply explore the written reflections and community in your own time.
Your membership is not dependent upon attending anything live.
WHAT IF I’M ALREADY OVERWHELMED AND CAN’T KEEP UP?
Then you’ll fit right in.
WilderKin isn’t a course and there is nothing to complete. You can step away when life gets busy and return whenever you’re ready.
The moon will come back around. So can you.
DO I HAVE TO POST OR TALK IN THE COMMUNITY?
No. You can introduce yourself, join every conversation or quietly observe until you feel comfortable.
Quiet members are still members of the village.
IS THIS ONLY FOR PARENTS AND CARERS?
WilderKin has deep roots in neurodivergent family life, parenting and caring, because that is the world my work grew from.
However, its spiritual work is about identity, belonging, intuition and returning to yourself. If those words speak to something in you and you can meet the village with kindness, you are welcome here.
CAN I CANCEL EASILY?
Yes. Your membership is £12 a month and you can cancel whenever you need to.
No guilt, awkwardness or having to explain yourself.
YOU ARE ALLOWED TO WANT SOMETHING THAT BELONGS TO YOU
Not another responsibility.
Not another place where you must prove your worth by being endlessly helpful.
Not another version of self-development that treats your humanity as a problem to solve.
Something that brings you back to yourself.
Something that helps you hear your own voice beneath the noise.
Something that reminds you that even after everything you have carried, there are still seeds inside you waiting for the right conditions to grow.
You do not need to arrive healed, organised, confident or certain.
Come tired. Come curious. Come hopeful. Come unsure.
Just come as you are.
The fire is lit. The kettle is on. There is room for you here.
Cancel whenever you need to.
